In preparation for what is forecast to be a very wet winter, the owner of this block of 6 residential units in Dromana was keen to have the gutters fully functioning, as he previously had skipped cleaning them which resulted in some internal damage to the apartment ceilings.
The gutters where full of silt and weeds had taken route, rendering the gutters pretty useless in terms of collection and disposal off the roof rainwater.
We completed 80% of the gutter cleaning from the ground, having to step onto the roof only to clean the guttering around parts of the verandah.
