Koo Wee Rup Retail Shops – Body Corporate Gutter Cleaning

This commercial gutter cleaning job for the building Body Corporate involved cleaning an 80m stretch of gutters, fixed to the awning which was located above 6 retail shops on the high street in Koo Wee Rup.

The challenge lay with carrying out the job when no pedestrians where around, so it called for an early start at 5:30am.

The gutters had not been cleaned for many years and where full of growing vegetation and heavy silt. The Body Corporate had called us in as the gutters where now failing to capture the water during mild rain, which resulted in continuous water spills onto the pavement.

Having arrived at 5:30am we set up including sectioning of the area where we working overhead.

By 7am we had the 80m of guttering fully cleaned and all the debris on the truck ready for disposal.
